The below terms and conditions are required by law, but we want you to feel that we welcome you with open arms and open hearts. You’re on your way to a miracle. Neither Cindy Sellers nor her associates do the following things, either implied or intended:
1. We do not diagnose.
2. We make no attempt to cure any condition.
3. We do not claim that any supplemental material we may speak about will cure or treat any condition.
4. We make no claims or imply any claims that suggestions are given to cure any condition.
5. We do not prescribe or treat disease; however, we do attempt to educate you concerning cleansing, nutrition, and exercise if it is not contradictory to the ecommendations of your primary health care provider.
6. We do expect miracles!!
I, as the client, understand that diet and nutrition are considered to be an inexact science and that the results obtained are not always constant or predictable. Whether or not I participate in this procedure or program is my decision, based on my constitutional right granted by the Ninth Amendment. All decisions relative to my well-being and health must be made by me.
Your booking is not considered definite and no contract will exist until we receive a deposit of $1900.00 through retreatguru.com and you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Once deposit is made, your spot on the schedule is secure. We do not share our client’s details with any 3rd parties.
The price is the exact amount to be received by Angel Farms in US Dollars. The Deposit is non refundable except in the case of extreme emergency circumstances.
At that time, your reservation may be transferred to another Cleanse date or refunded, if we are notified 2 weeks prior to your departure.
There are two payment options to pay your balance after your deposit is received:
(a) Remainder of payment is made through: www.retreatguru.com
(b) If you would like to save $100, you can bring cash or cashiers check to the orientation meeting for your remaining balance after deposit is made through the retreat guru website.
3. Your Travel Arrangements
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We will not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations through any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Arranging flights and determining where you will be lodging is a prerequisite to making a final payment. We require an email confirming you have reserved a vacation rental close by or other means of accommodation if staying off site.
Transportation to and from Angel Farms is your responsibility unless an emergency arises. We are 15 to 18 minutes away from the Hilo (ITO) Airport.

Local Rental Car Information
-Renting a car is not necessary, but if you decide you would like to, once you get
here, we have a local place that gives us a great deal! Make sure to mention you will
be visiting Angel Farms.

He can pick you up from the airport if you would like to rent a car from him and are staying on or off site given your arrival or departing time is within reasonable
hours. He is also willing to bring the cars to Angel Farms for people who would like to rent a car later, who are staying on site.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to buy insurance we require that your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected
cancellation, sickness, losses, and all the usual risks. You should bring the policy with you in case of an emergency.
5. Your Health
(a) It is your responsibility to let our technicians know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the Cleanse. We have many options to help you feel more at ease.
(b) While all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, we are situated on an 8 acre waterfall property where the land is uneven and we will not be responsible for any injuries caused by the uneven terrain.
(c) Informed Consent Forms and Waivers of Liability will be included in the intake form we require completion of prior to the start of each Cleanse session.
6. Cancellation by you
(a) You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time, and reschedule for any future Cleanse session that will align with your schedule. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us if your notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to your Cleanse date. We will then move your reservation to a future Cleanse date. All other deposits will be retained if notice is not received within the timeframe mentioned above.
(b) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.
7. Amendments by us
(a) Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g., class times or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar rating. If a significant change becomes necessary, (such as, a participant’s offsite rental falls through, or is unacceptable) we will need to make room for them on site. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible, if there is time before your arrival.
(b) Any booking of our on site rooms in either one of our community Ohana style houses are subject to change. A 200 dollar deposit will be held upon booking and will be returned based upon assessment of the house. Any damage made to public areas such as the living room, bathroom, kitchen, or any household appliance will be liable to all guests in a particular Ohana house. Please be aware of any damage you may have caused and be honest about it with the staff in order for the damage to not effect everyone in the house.
8. Cancellation by Angel Farms
(a) We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If we cancel a retreat your payment(s) will be transferred to the next available retreat.
(b) If you are harassing or exhibiting behavior that is dangerous or overwhelming for other guests we have the right to cancel your reservation without refund and escort you off property. This has never happened at Angel Farms because we are all Ohana here. Do your best to be kind, considerate, and clean for/to all participants, staff, and property here at Angel Farms.
9. No-responsibility Disclaimer
(a) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the Cleanse sessions are supplied as described and that the services we provide are to our outstanding standards.
(b) We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which you may have been diagnosed previously. Although, we will help you find your way to freedom.
(c) We are not liable for any health challenges that may continue during or after receiving our services.
10. Group Bookings
Every participant is required to join the conference call prior to their booking. All participants in a group are responsible for their own payments.
11. No Liability for possessions
The retreat is community living based and the 2 houses are not locked. It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times. This includes rental cars or other hired equipment. *With that, we also want to include, everyone coming to Angel Farms is coming by word of mouth only and are either dear friends or family of the people who have previously attended. Life long friends and relations have been made here.*
(a) The front gate is locked every evening. If you will be off property after 8pm please notify us so you do not get locked out.
If you have a problem during your retreat, please inform the organizer (Cindy or Brittany) immediately and we will endeavor to put things right. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the individual behavior of any member during the Cleanse sessions. And remember, people are here to heal these things so be patient with them and yourselves.
We do not share client details with any 3rd parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the Cleanse.
You acknowledge that during any trip to Angel Farms you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Angel Farms, their teachers, staff’s, and owners, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Retreat.
Angel Farms provides a smoke and alcohol free environment. If you ware coming here to heal from these things, you will be very supported. There will be no smoking in or near the Ohana housing. Anyone found inebriated or smoking in or around the Ohana housing may be asked to leave the retreat and no refund shall be given. No recreational drugs may be brought to the retreat, any guests found intoxicated or under the influence of recreational drugs will be asked to leave the retreat (no refund shall be given).
15. Covid Requirements
We do require an at home Covid test administered 72 hours prior to boarding a plane or arriving at Angel Farms. Please text the scheduling manager or email us (cindy or firstname.lastname@example.org) your results directly. The scheduling manager will be in touch with you regarding all final details before your arrival. We also require that you wear a face mask on any air travel to ensure the safety of all of our guests here at Angel Farms. Mahalo for your kind consideration.
